The technique of fat injection into the breast reminded us how valuable our fats are. In the past, our excess fats were our biggest enemy; getting rid of them completely with diet and exercise was one of our most difficult goals. We understand aesthetics and aging better now. We are able to transfer oil reliably and easily from the regions we want to the regions that need extra volume. First the face, then the hips, and now the breasts.
Now our important question mark is; if you have fat, why are you dealing with implants? This is a very good question, but if you elaborate on both of these procedures, the answer that suits you will be better understood. There are advantages and disadvantages for the person when both procedures are performed. People should definitely decide the most appropriate procedure for themselves as a result of a joint interview with a doctor during the examination.
First of all, the areas to be lubricated are determined. Most often, fat is removed from the waist, hips and abdomen. However, fat can also be taken from areas with intra-leg, intra-knee, or other fat accumulation. The fats taken by liposuction method are deposited in a closed and sterile environment and from there they are injected into the breasts again through sterile injectors. An average of 300-450 ml of oil can be transferred to each breast. On average, 50-70% of these fats become permanent. Trying to inject more oil disrupts the circulation, leading to the death of fats.
The typical recovery period for liposuction is only a few days. The transfer of fat to the breast causes minimal pain. You may most likely experience a minimal swelling and bruising around the incision sites, but you will not feel any significant pain during this time. Pain medication can be taken for the first three to four days to improve your comfort. There may also be minimal pain in the breasts due to injections, but this discomfort is also expected to be short-term. Most activities can be resumed in about four days, but strenuous exercise should be avoided for at least two weeks to give the treatment area enough time to recover. You should not sleep face down during this time to avoid putting excessive pressure on your breasts. Using a special corset and bra that you need to use on the area and breasts where liposuction is performed for a minimum of 6 weeks will support you in shaping and preventing the formation of edema.
